Pan roasted lamb cutlet, cannon of lamb with a herb crusted chicken mouse, puree potatoes, charred heritage carrots, French bean bundle, carrot and foie gras puree and a minted lamb jus.

Ginger pannacotta, pear gel, honey & pistachio crumb, sweet pickled pear balls and a caramel snap
