A fantastic BCF Chefs’ Lunch at the Belmond Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons

This month’s Chefs’ Club Lunch was hosted by Raymond Blanc at Belmond Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons and, not only did we have a 5-course lunch with wine, we were invited on a tour of Le Manoir’s wonderful kitchen gardens.

Described as “a twist of imaginative genius”, Raymond Blanc’s dishes utilise the freshest, best quality ingredients. The two-acre kitchen garden produces 90 types of vegetable and 70 varieties of herb.
