BCF Chef of the Year Semi Final, University College Birmingham.

Chef of the Year 2018The date for the cook off is Monday 26th March at University College Birmingham.

The final will be on Monday 23rd April.

Judges for the Final include Ashley Palmer Watts, Sat Bains, Brian Turner CBE, Pierre Koffmann, Roger Narbett MCA and previous winner Martin Carabott, plus the President of Les Toques Blanches Lyonnaises.

First prize of £2,500, and the opportunity to join the squad of England’s National Culinary Team in Luxembourg at the Culinary World Cup later this year.
